On your tour through the Arenal rainforest canopy you’ll have a guide to tell you what to look for in the treetops. This is an excellent place to see birds, as well as families of monkeys on the move.
After the walk you’ll visit a nearby chocolate plantation. There you’ll see how they harvest cacao, and sample some of their tasty product. During this part of the tour you’ll also get to learn a little bit about local Costa Rican traditions.

Our guide Jorge was great. Our pick up was right on time and he made a real effort to show us things on the hanging bridge tour. A good guide makes all of the difference. The chocolate tour was fantastic. The tour guide was so informative and it was wonderful that the children got to actively participate in squeezing sugar cane and using the tools to crush the pods. I liked tasting the fresh fruit grown on the farm. Best papaya I have ever had. I like that it is a family owned business and that they really know what they are talking about. Great experience!
