About Daniella

I’ve been working with tourism for the past five years. Previous to my work at Anywhere Costa Rica I was an assistant in a dental clinic. I’m originally from Ciudad Quesada, but I moved to Monteverde when I was 14 and stayed until I was 19. After this I moved to La Fortuna, which is where I live now. I’ve traveled throughout much of the country, including Tortuguero, Puerto Viejo, Cahuita, Malpaís, Montezuma, the Osa Peninsula, and Jacó. Costa Rica has some of the best beaches in the world and a few of my favorites are Santa Teresa, Manuel Antonio, Tamarindo, and Carate. Most of my family still lives in Monteverde, so I end up taking lots of trips there. When I’m not working I love to workout, go biking, and sleep in. I also have a pet snake that I love and consider a member of my family. Some of my favorite books include “Legion of the Damned” by Sven Hassel and “Huerfanos del Mar” by Nicolas D’Estienne D’Orves, and I love watching Two and a Half Men, the Big Bang Theory, and MTV. In terms of music, I enjoy Linkin Park, Sublime, Pepper, Jay-Z and Tiesto, among others. It’s almost a cliché, but I adore Costa Rica’s most notorious food item, gallo pinto.
