Dolphin Watching and Snorkeling

Go on a half-day dolphin watching and snorkeling trip near one of Limón’s incredible beaches — you can choose from either Cahuita or Puerto Viejo. Both locations have excellent snorkeling spots, and take you to see environments where bottlenose and Atlantic dolphins frolic.

Cahuita

Leave from Cahuita to see the coastline of Cahuita National Park. After you’ve spotted some dolphins, you’ll return to do some snorkeling around Cahuita’s protected reefs. You’ll return to the shore for fruit refreshments, and then you’ll have the option to see more of the national park before you return by boat.

Puerto Viejo

This tour begins with a boat ride past Manzanillo to Gandoca National Park, which is nearby the Panamanian border. In addition to dolphins, you’ll get to snorkel near exotic locations like Mona Island and Punta Uva.
