Entry into the Courtyard Villas is secure and includes an outside doorbell for guests. These properties feature an outdoor courtyard with a pool and garden area. The pool terrace is equipped with ceiling fans and a gas grill.
The main floor of each house looks out onto the pool and garden. The Courtyard Villas come complete with hand-crafted floor and wall tiles, tropical hardwood doors and cabinets, custom kitchens, and air conditioning. The full kitchen includes American style appliances, a dishwasher, oven cook top stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. All of the bedrooms contain a private bathroom with a shower, ceiling fans, and air conditioning.
The Courtyard Villas provide access to the pristine Playa Langosta beach from two different points. Restaurants and a supermarket are within easy walking distance. All of the dining and cultural activities in Tamarindo are just a 20 minute walk from these vacation rentals.
