The town of Tamarindo offers a vast selection of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, all within a short walking distance. Soak up the sun and enjoy the sunsets walking along the area's pristine beaches. Playa Tamarindo is known for its excellent surf break. Surf in world-class waters, float down the river on an estuary tour, or kayak along the coast. You can also visit the nearby beach of Playa Grande to see leatherback turtles nesting (between March and October). Other nearby beaches include Playa Conchal and Playa Flamingo.
Pueblo Dorado has a pueblo-style exterior with bright wall murals, lush plants, paddle fans and plush bamboo furnishings. Guests can relax by the swimming pool surrounded by native landscaped gardens. A convenient poolside kitchenette is available for quick snacks and cool drinks. There is also a TV and game lounge for guests' entertainment.
The Pueblo Dorado features 28 air-conditioned rooms, thoughtfully planned with all of the comforts you’ll need during your stay. Each room has a private bathroom. All of the rooms come with cable TV, and you can access complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. There is also a family suite, which sleeps up to five people and is complete with a shower and full kitchenette. In the morning, guests can help themselves to the free breakfast buffet.
Nice Hotel. The staff were very nice and accomodating and always so friendly. The room and bathrooms were very clean and maid service came by everyday.
pretty clean, helpful staff, one girl at front desk had little English, fairly disappointed with cooking facilities which were a two burner hot plate and some kind of a funny oven, the upper bunk bed wasn't too comfortable for an adult. The hotel is far from the action ie. restaurants etc.
