Hi, I´m Milagros Mamani
About me:
"Hola, I'm Milagros. I´m a professional in Tourism and Hotel Managment, who grew up in Lima — Peru's capital city. After I finished university, my first work experience was on board a cruise ship, where I had the chance to visit some interesting places. When I returned to my home country, it was time to become part of one of the 4th most important industries in Peru — tourism.
I've been fortunate enough to visit one of the 'Seven Wonders of the World'— Machu Picchu, which is an amazing experience each time I go there. However, Cusco, Peru is more than just Machu Picchu. Until last year, my hiking limit was 4,000 meters (13,123 feet) of altitude, which is the equivalent of Puno's Lake Titicaca. Last February, against all odds (and with great weather), I was able to reach the top of the famous Vinicuna Rainbow Mountain — located at 5,200 meters (17,060 feet) of altitude. If someone had told me that I would reach that height walking, I would have laughed. Nowadays, everytime I remember this, I'm surprised, happy, and proud of myself because this accomplishment showed me that I can exceed my personal limits, despite the obstacles.
After six years of camping and exploring my country, I'm more than ready to help advise you on your trip to Peru. I can't wait for us to swap stories as we assess your needs, and determine how you can exceed your limits!"
