Short and Simple Guatemala

During this tour, you'll explore the towns of Antigua, Chichicastenango, Sololá, and Santiago Atitlán. The tour lasts four days and four nights.

This tour begins on Wednesday with your arrival into Guatemala City. You'll then be transferred to your hotel in the city for accommodations.

On Thursday morning you'll head to Chichicastenango. Upon arrival, visit the picturesque outdoor market and the Church of St. Thomas. The afternoon is free for shopping and to visit Chichicastenango on your own. You'll stay the night here (accommodations not included).

After breakfast on Friday, drive to Sololá and visit the indigenous market. In the afternoon, you will continue on to Lake Atitlán for housing (not included).

At 9:00 AM on Saturday you'll take a boat to the picturesque village of Santiago Atitlán. This is a good place to wander around and get a sense of Guatemalan culture. In the afternoon you'll depart for Antigua. Upon arrival you'll be transferred to your hotel accommodation (not included).

On Sunday you'll visit the most interesting places in Antigua: churches, convents, monasteries and other colonial places. After lunch, you'll head back to Guatemala City.
