Glimpse of Guatemala

Antigua, Sacatepequez

On the first day of this tour you will head to Antigua in the morning. Antigua was Guatemala's last Spanish-colonial capital, and you will spend a short amount of time exploring this city. In the afternoon you will head to Chichicastenango and spend the night here (accommodations not included).

On the second day you will visit the colorful street market of Chichicastenango. Search for jewelry, textiles, and other souvenirs here. You will then visit the Santo Tomás Church, where you may see indigenous people performing ceremonial rituals on the church steps.

In the afternoon you will pass by Lake Atitlán for a short visit and then return to Guatemala City.
