Fuego Maya Golf Tour

Join this golfing tour to try out an 18-hole course designed to follow the sun’s path, as laid out in the Maya solar calendar. This course has breathtaking views of the Fuego Volcano and the Pacific coast. You might even see a red trickle of lava oozing from the distant volcano.

You’ll find this course in Antigua’s La Reunion golf course. One of the world’s most famous golf course designers, Pete Dye, is behind this one-of-a-kind course. He has designed many top-tier courses around the world, including courses that have been used in PGA tours.

These holes move in a spiraling pattern, imitating the round shape of the Maya calendar. The Maya calendar has 18 months, and one extra 5-day month called Wayeb. In keeping with this tradition, the golf course includes a bonus hole at the end.
