The Gulf of Chiriquí National Marine Park comprises 36,423 acres (14,470 ha) of protected islands and aquatic territory. Coral reefs in the Gulf of Chiriquí serve as a habitat for tropical fish. You can sometimes see sea turtles roaming the waters, looking for jellyfish to eat. Along the island shores you can look out for waterfowl like herons, and while you're on the island you might spot howler monkeys in the trees.
This all-day tour leaves early in the morning and returns in the evening. You'll visit either Isla Bolanos or Isla Gamez, both of which have white sand beaches. When you arrive at the island you'll be served lunch before you start your activities.
If the sea is too rough for snorkeling you'll get to hike around the island and go swimming at your leisure. During your visit there will be plenty of free time for you to lounge on the beach. There are hammocks waiting for you when you're ready to spend some time in the shade.
