Commanding volcanos visible in the distance, Lago Llanquihue spread out beneath you, and greenery all around. However you choose to ascend, the views from Osorno are hard to beat.

In the winter, enjoy the opportunity to ski or snowboard the volcano’s runs. In summertime you can still take advantage of the ski lift, and then enjoy an adrenaline filled descent via zipline. Located within Vicente Perez Rosales National Park, there are a multitude of hikes of varying lengths and difficulty around the volcano’s base. The volcano is easily accessible from either Puerto Varas or Ensenada and can be paired with an excursion to Petrohué falls.
