ANYWHERE RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, AND INDEMNITY TERMS

I, CLIENT NAME (hereinafter "Customer", "You", or "Your") hereby authorize Anywhere, Inc. (hereinafter "ANYWHERE", "Our", or "We") to charge my credit card in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below. I understand that any charges will show on my billing statement as "Anywhere.com".

RESERVATION AND MODIFICATION TERMS

Confirmations: All services booked by Customer are paid for in advance by ANYWHERE and confirmations are issued to the Customer electronically for convenience. No bookings can be considered confirmed until we verify availability and payment is made. We will issue booking confirmations by email.

Modifications: We are happy to accommodate any service modifications made up to 24 hours from the time of the Service; the only fees, penalties, and time restrictions ANYWHERE will impose on the Customer are those which are imposed by the applicable service providers and not under our control. Last minute modifications requests (24-48hrs from the time of service) must be directed to our operations office 1-888-456-3212 or help@anywhere.com. Any services or modifications requests cannot be considered confirmed or guaranteed until Customer makes new payment arrangements if there is a price increase, and ANYWHERE provides Customer with updated confirmations.

Customer has read and verified the details and dates of the Services and by continuing with payment online agrees that everything is correct.

CANCELLATION POSTPONEMENT AND REFUND TERMS

All cancellation requests must be received in writing and penalties may apply. The penalty-free cancellation date for each service on your itinerary is detailed on your Itinerary details under "Cancellations" as well as on the payment page before confirming your payment. If you need this link we can provide it upon request.

If you book and pay prior to the penalty-free date, you will see the option to make a one-time non-refundable deposit in order to confirm your lodging and tickets. The deposit is generally 20% of your trip total, you will see the exact amount on your Itinerary preview and payment area.

In most cases, with the exception of flights which are always non-refundable, the penalty-free date for cancellations is 45 days prior to each service. Always check your Itinerary cancellation details for exact dates as it varies.

As an alternative to cancellation and deposit loss, prior to the penalty-free date, we offer a service to postpone your trip for a later date. Postponement allows you to apply all payments you've already made along with the postponement cost to a future trip. After the penalty-free date passes, postponement service terms and potential penalties are handled on a case-by-case basis as not all providers have the flexibility to offer this in every case. Some terms and exclusions apply and this service depends on eligibility.

Refunds back to credit card are subject to a 5% administrative and processing fee. Refunds made by wire transfer will be subject to a $150 administrative fee.

No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages. No refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or acts of God including hurricanes, earthquakes, fires and floods.

Travel insurance is strongly advised - World Nomads is recommended. A "cancel for any reason" type plan allows the most flexibility to completely mitigate anything that may come up.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK; HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY TERMS.

ANYWHERE, TOGETHER WITH ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “ANYWHERE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES”) ACT ONLY AS AGENTS SELLING TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES AND BOOKING SUCH SERVICES. WHILE WE STRIVE ONLY TO WORK WITH THE BEST SERVICE PROVIDERS, THE ANYWHERE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES ARE IN NO WAY LIABLE FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION MADE BY ANY SERVICE PROVIDER, THE RESULTS OF WHICH MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES, LOSS, OR INJURIES TO CUSTOMER OR OTHER TRAVELERS PAID FOR OR TRAVELING WITH CUSTOMER. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE ANYWHERE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES HAVE PERFORMED REASONABLE DUE DILIGENCE INTO HELPING PUT TOGETHER CONNECTIONS WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS THAT SUIT YOUR EXPRESSLY STATED PREFERENCES, BUT THAT IN EACH OCCASION THE ULTIMATE DECISION TO SELECT SPECIFIC REQUESTED SERVICES AND ENGAGE SPECIFIC THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS IS SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY THE CUSTOMERS DECISION, AND IS BASED ON THE CUSTOMER’S OWN INVESTIGATION INTO THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMER, AND NOT SOLELY ON THE ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATION OF THE ANYWHERE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES. ADDITIONALLY, THE ACTIVITIES INVOLVED IN THE REQUESTED SERVICES MAY INVOLVE DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES, UNFAMILIAR LOCATIONS AND OTHER RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVELING ABROAD. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN WELL BEING AND FOR THEIR BELONGINGS AND POSSESSIONS, AND THAT CUSTOMER IS ENGAGING IN EACH OF THE REQUESTED SERVICES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK, AND CUSTOMER HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUMES THAT RISK. THE ANYWHERE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES CANNOT AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR INJURIES OCCASIONED BY YOUR TRAVELS OR THE SERVICES OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR THAT ARE OUTSIDE ITS REALM OF CONTROL.

BY CONTINUING WITH PAYMENT, CUSTOMER VOLUNTARILY, KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL THAT MAY OCCUR DURING TRAVEL, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, AND HEREBY AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE ANYWHERE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES HARMLESS AGAINST ANY SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR INJURIES TO CUSTOMER AND ALL OTHER TRAVELERS THE REQUESTED SERVICES APPLY TO. CUSTOMERS PAYMENT INDICATES CONSENT TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ON BEHALF OF ALL ACCOMPANYING TRAVELERS AND AGREES TO CONVEY THE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT TO ALL OTHER TRAVELERS THE ABOVE SERVICES REQUESTED MAY APPLY TO.

GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION; VENUE; ATTORNEYS’ FEES.

These Terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Washington and the United States of America as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within the State of Washington without reference or regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. These Terms are prepared and executed in the English language only and any translations of these Terms to any other languages shall have no effect. All proceedings related to these Terms will be conducted in the English language. In the event of any litigation or arbitration between the parties hereto arising out of these Terms, the prevailing party shall be allowed all reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, arbitration fees and expenses incurred in such litigation or arbitration, including all such expenses incurred on appeal. All disputes arising under these Terms or any arbitration shall be brought in the Superior Court of King County, Washington or the U.S. Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

These Terms apply and govern to any changes, modifications, additions or extensions of your trip and/or the Requested Services.

STATEMENT OF CUSTOMER

I have read the above agreement and its terms and conditions, and I accept them in their entirety.

I agree to pay the total amount for the Requested Services. I agree to pay in accordance with the Cancellation Terms set forth above. I understand that in the event of a cancellation or service modifications, I am responsible for all applicable fees and penalties charged by the individual service providers.
