We share the principles and guide you into the practice of olive oil tasting, using three premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO), and one plain 'table' olive oil. You are next introduced to the process of 'food pairing' and witness the transformative powers of EVOO, particularly in the context of the Cycladic cuisine. The tasty, traditional Parian dishes that follow are 'mother-cooked' with local olive oil.
