IncludedCook, share, and connect in an authentic Pueblan home.
Step into Marcela’s warm kitchen, where tradition and hospitality come together. Begin with a refreshing agua fresca as she introduces you to the flavors and ingredients that define Puebla’s cuisine. Using clay pots and a molcajete, you’ll learn to prepare a menu featuring stuffed nopales, tortilla soup, and encacahuatado, mastering the use of dried chiles and traditional techniques. As aromas fill the air, Marcela shares stories and laughter that make you feel like part of her family. This hands-on cooking class is more than a culinary experience — it’s a heartfelt immersion into Puebla’s culture, flavors, and the joy of home-cooked food.
