River Attractions

Rivers are essential waterways in Myanmar. The Ayeyarwady River is Myanmar’s longest river and flows nearly the entire length of the country. This river is famously called “the road to Mandalay.” The river creates the Ayeyarwady Delta, an important area for Myanmar agriculture.
