Explore the ancient city of Cobá, one of the largest Maya settlements in northern Yucatán, as you cycle along its sacbeoob (white stone paths) under the shade of the jungle. Later, discover the Punta Laguna Reserve, a natural paradise with lagoons, cenotes, and extraordinary biodiversity. With a bit of luck, you may spot spider monkeys in their natural habitat and learn about the region’s ecology while hiking and canoeing. Afterwards, refresh yourself in Cenote Esmeralda, where the crystal-clear waters and vibrant colors will leave you amazed. Conclude the experience in the Maya community of Nuevo Durango, where Don Manuel and his family will welcome you with a traditional homemade lunch.
