This tour will take you down the main streets and the city squares, including Plaza Mayor and Plaza Real del Jigüe. Your tour will also stop at a local history museum to see exhibits on Trinidad’s development.
During your tour you’ll get to try some local refreshment — a drink called a Canchánchara at a bar by the same name. This cocktail originated centuries ago in Trinidad. It’s made from rum, honey, and citrus, and is served in a clay cup. The Trinidad city tour also includes the opportunity to do a little shopping.
