Hola! I am Rebbeca andI’ve always been fascinated by the way sports and languages reveal unexpected connections between cultures, links we might never notice otherwise. I’m Guatemalan, now based in Catalunya, and my life naturally moves between English, Spanish and Catalan, with French also making its way into the mix. Living between cultures has taught me that discovering Spain is not just about visiting famous landmarks, but about understanding the people, traditions, rhythms and everyday life behind each place.

I love exploring through local food, football (soccer) culture, small towns, unexpected day trips and the places that rarely make it onto the standard tourist checklist. Most of my adventures involve my partner, our senior dog Penny, and a healthy amount of research into logistics, accessibility, weather, transport and, naturally, where we should eat afterward. I genuinely enjoy solving the practical side of travel so other people can focus on enjoying it.

Having immigrated myself, I know what it feels like to arrive somewhere new: excited, curious and slightly overwhelmed by all the things nobody explains. That experience shapes the way I help travelers, with patience, honest advice, careful planning and answers to the questions they may not even know they need to ask yet.
