In terms of local foods, the same types of meals are available in most places. Bali is a smaller island with a fairly insular culture, so there is not a significant difference in local foods from one area to the next. What is common is a variety of Indonesian and Balinese dishes, with some other Asian and Western dishes mixed in.
There is an expansive selection of restaurants found in the more metropolitan areas of Denpasar, Seminyak, Canggu, and Ubud.
