Should I Leave Tips?

Tipping is not part of Bali or Indonesian tradition. However, it will please your server and it's more than acceptable to simply round up prices.

Most restaurants add a 10 percent service charge into the bill. Taxi drivers similarly do not expect tips, but will often round up the fare. Hotels add a 10 percent service charge to the bill on top of the 10 percent tax.
