I grew up in Callao and Lima, with ancient huacas practically in my backyard, so Peru’s history was never something I only read about. That curiosity turned into my career: I’ve spent 29 years in tourism and have worked every side of trip planning, from designing itineraries and managing reservations to leading groups and running operations for major brands like Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Lima Tours.
I’m known for being caring and extremely detail-oriented. I like trips that feel effortless for you, because I’ve already double-checked the small things behind the scenes. I also love smart logistics and simple tech touches that make arrivals and transfers smoother.
And yes, I’ve been in tourism long enough to remember when I had to explain to travelers what Machu Picchu even was, back when only a handful of people were making the journey. Now it’s on everyone’s bucket list, and I still get excited helping families experience it the right way.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad of three kids, and I never stop learning about Peru’s culture, food, and traditions.

My husband likes to do his own research when we plan a trip. What I like about Anywhere is they let him do that, but add the insider feedback you can't get online. A hotel can look great and fit your budget, but be too far from the city or not walkable to restaurants. Until you get there, you don't know that. For our Peru trip, our planner Cesar listened and advised - no deep, dark web. Just the right amount of independence. It's amazing.
