Go on a snorkeling tour to see the coral reef that’s been repaired with cutting edge Biorock technology. This underwater aquarium is home to damselfish, angelfish, and puffers. Take nature walks and swim at the beach — all while keeping your eye out for the island’s legendary oceangoing deer. Inland, explore the dense forests for a chance to see some of the island’s rare birds.

There’s a turquoise pool on the grounds, shaded by lush plants. Three open-air gazebos overlook the water and allow you to experience the breeze while you get a massage. These treatments are meant to stimulate your circulation and increase your overall sense of well-being.

Dine on fresh, Balinese cuisine in the treehouse dining area that looks out over the surrounding jungle. There’s also a seafood grill next to the beach where you can listen to the waves lapping while you dine. Breakfast is included in your stay. Chefs here cater to different dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free.

When you arrive in your room, you’ll be welcomed by a complimentary fruit basket Exposed beams and wood floors give the rooms a rustic vibe. The decorating scheme takes its cues from nature, as in the en-suite bathroom with stone floors. Besides the regular rooms, you can get a bit of the scenery to yourself with a private beach villa. Furnishings include four poster beds.
