Just a short drive from the resort, you can reach Monkey Forest, which is one of Ubud’s top attractions. On a visit here you’ll see hundreds of extremely active macaque monkeys. Get outside of town to see the scenic rolling hills and rice paddies. Ubud is a great place to try classic Indonesian dishes and try a cooking class. Gunung Kawi is a temple and an archeological site. You can take a dip into the springs on the mountain at the temple of Tirta Empul.

There’s a free form pool on the grounds of the hotel, surrounded by umbrellas and comfortable canopy daybeds. Experience the lushness of the Bali countryside in the garden. Visit the small, nicely equipped gym on the grounds of the resort. Step onto the shaded patio next to the pool for a relaxing drink as the sunsets and the stars come out. There’s a heated pool as well as the outdoor pool.

There’s a kitchen, a bar, and a rooftop. The kitchen serves farm-to-table cuisine that emphasizes ecologically friendly cooking. In the dining room, floor-to-ceiling windows fling open to let in lots of natural light. There’s also an outdoor dining area surrounded by the garden and lit up by tea lights at night, creating a romantic atmosphere. Take a sit at the rooftop bar to try a high-end cocktail and sip a vintage from the nicely curated wine list.

All of the rooms have a separate sitting area. The private bathrooms have soaking tub and shower. Guest accommodations come with air conditioning. There’s a refrigerator and a minibar in the room. The resort also offers room service. It’s easy to stay on top of your laundry with the on-site laundry service and dry cleaning.
