Akashic Yoga Journey

This Akashic yoga class is most likely unlike any other you’ve ever experienced, incorporating messages from the spirit world, dance, and a sound bath. Martin and Marie, a warmhearted couple from Europe, are your guides for this one-of-a-kind experience. Their Vinyasa yoga flow is appropriate for all levels. The Akashic Yoga Journey takes place at the Pyramids of Chi, a beautiful practice space designed especially for yoga classes.

Your visit isn’t a cookie-cutter experience – the exact yoga flow that you perform will depend on the placement of stars and planets in the sky. To help you set an intention for the class, Marie will share an Akashic message that’s just for you, delivered from another realm. Never heard of the Akashic records? You’ll learn more about this “spiritual library” during your visit. If you feel so moved, you can talk about what your message means to you during the sharing circle at the end of the class.

Martin is a trained dancer, and he will guide you through a free-flowing, fun-loving dance warm-up before the yoga class begins. Toward the end of the yoga practice, Martin uses gongs and crystal bowls to fill the room with soothing sounds, helping you to get deeper into a meditative state. The high pyramid’s high ceilings give the sound space to vibrate, something you’ll experience full force during the Savasana portion of the class (the part at the end when you close your eyes and relax). You’ll leave this experience feeling deeply relaxed, and perhaps a bit more connected with your own sense of spirituality.
