Each tour of Dos Jefes (which means “Two Bosses” in Spanish) is kept small to ensure an in-depth, hands-on experience. As you walk through the coffee fields, you’ll learn about organic farming and the growing process. Feel free to take pictures and ask your guide questions.
After you tour the fields you’ll visit the roasting house and sample roasts. Once you’ve determined your favorite, you’ll help roast the beans and make a custom bag of coffee. You’ll watch the roaster spin and smell the beans roasting—a truly unique experience. Finally, you’ll learn about the marketing and distribution of Dos Jefe’s coffee.
