Take advantage of this coastal location with a snorkeling or diving trip to the coral reef that’s just off shore. This reef is a fascinating example of a successful man-made reef, made from a substance called biorock. From nearby the resort, you can depart on trips to West Bali National Park and Menjangan Island. Menjangan Island is also known for its diving opportunities — there’s a Dutch shipwreck where you can see schools of fish swimming among a cargo of old bottles. On the island’s trails, you can see an abundance of wildlife and some interesting Hindu temples.
Taman Sari has two pools that overlook the ocean. One of the pools has an adjacent hot tub. Next to the pool, you can visit the open-air bamboo bar. They serve cold beer, wine, and cocktails. The spa offers traditional massage as well as aromatherapy, scrubs, and therapies. You can choose from soothing indoor massage rooms or outdoor treatment areas that are right next to the beach.
The on-site restaurant has a variety of international and Indonesian specialities, served in a beachfront dining area. Breakfast is included in your stay. Everything you can order at the hotel restaurant is also available on the room service menu, in case you feel like spending a night in.
