My only real superpower is being able to sleep anywhere: airport floors, loud ferries, 13-hour super-bumpy Himalayan jeep rides. These days, that mostly means I fall asleep before my kids during bedtime stories.

Somewhere along the way I also became an expedition photographer, documentary filmmaker, and group leader on our Anywhere climbs up Kilimanjaro and treks to Everest Basecamp. In 2017, I climbed Everest unsupported with my climbing partner. It taught me a lot about patience, humility, and that I can eat a lot more plain rice than I ever thought was possible. But a far greater feeling than standing on top of the world is getting to see travel now through my son’s eyes. That’s the adventure I’m most excited about.

After roaming through 90+ countries and building Anywhere’s partner network face-to-face, I’ve learned that travel is not about checking boxes or viral social media hotspots. My goal is that you come home with more than great photos, that you’ve connected with cultures and people in a way no algorithm could ever deliver. That’s why I’ll introduce you to my friends and our local insiders who’ve lived in our destinations all their lives, plus a real support team who answers the phone when you need them.

From my base in Europe, I stay closely connected with our partners worldwide, focused on one mission: bringing Anywhere… well, anywhere.
