Tailored to Our Family
Our family was looking for a balance of beach fun, exotic nature, and experiencing the classical culture of Cuba for our two young adults. Anywhere delivered a tailor-made experience on this trip.
They worked with our needs…
Initially, I was very hesitant to book with Anywhere since they are a smaller company, but they really went above and beyond from start to finish. They worked with our group to find a great itinerary that was within budget and answered questions immediately. We spent 3-days in Havana, a detour to Trinidad, and had a relaxing 3-days in Varadero by the beach!
The charms of Old Havana…
In Havana Vieja, we thoroughly enjoyed the architecture tour and learning about the different facade that made up the historical outlook of Cuba today. The museum of rum was interesting for my husband and I. Our hosts at Casa Prado Colonial were all super friendly and accommodating to our needs.
We can’t wait to visit again…
We booked excursions in Trinidad and used Anywhere’s private transport to get us from place to place. The representatives and tour guides we met throughout our trip to Cuba were prompt, professional, and friendly. I will be booking with Anywhere again for my next trip in the near future.
Places you'll stay
Old Havana (Havana Vieja)
Spanish conquistadors started building Havana in 1519. The city became an important port in the second half of the 16th century. Over the years the old section of Havana has become an important showcase of Moorish, baroque, neoclassical, and art nouveau architecture. Each plaza and neighborhood of Old Havana has a distinct look and personality.
Trinidad
Trinidad is a charming, colonial city in central Cuba. Its cobblestone streets, historic houses, and lively atmosphere help make it a top destination in Cuba.
Varadero
Varadero is Cuba’s most popular beach destination. Less than a 2-hour drive from Havana, Veradero extends onto a long, narrow peninsula and boasts blazing white-sand beaches and warm turquoise water.
Havana
Havana is a beautiful and captivating city. It’s home to the country’s most thriving cultural, culinary, and artistic scenes, and is a fascinating intersection between Spanish colonialism and Cuban Communism. The people here are friendly and welcoming, and it’s easy to spend an entire week strolling its streets, visiting museums, and listening to live music.
