Cusco has incredible cathedrals and beautiful examples of Inca stonework. Costa del Sol Ramada is just a block away from Cusco’s Plaza de Armas. Two colonial-era churches flank the plaza, and make it a must-see spot. In the area surrounding the plaza you can visit some of Cusco’s museums and art galleries. Just east of the Plaza de Armas you can visit the Museum of Religious Art. This museum is housed in a former palace that has a picturesque courtyard. Also nearby is the Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, a museum that showcases Inca artwork as well as artifacts from the Huari, Moche, and Nasca civilizations.

Rooms at Costa del Sol Ramada have decorations that echo the murals of the original mansion. Your room will always be a comfortable temperature thanks to the air conditioning and heating. Each room comes with a private bathroom.

In your room you can kick back in front of the LCD cable TV, or surf the Internet using the hotel’s Wi-Fi. You can get cozy in the large, plush bed, or sit up at your room’s desk. If you don’t feel like leaving your room, help yourself to the minibar. There’s also room service that is available 24/7.

There is a buffet breakfast with hot and cold options included in the price of your stay. You can order upscale Peruvian bites in the hotel’s pleasant restaurant. Sunlight streams in through its skylight and the tables have white tablecloths. The bar, called Cava del Marqués, is designed to look like a cellar. This is a cozy place to sip a pisco sour or a glass of wine in the glowing candlelight.

If you’re traveling for business, keep in mind that the hotel has conference rooms. These rooms come in two different styles – you can book either a classroom or an auditorium. Travelers can also meet in the comfortable hotel lobby. It has a rustic fireplace that adds to the colonial charm of the hotel, as well as large, cushiony sofas.
