Arawi Pastoruri Hotel

Huaraz is at the center of adventure sports in the Cordillera Blanca. The city is surrounded by three impressive mountain ranges that offer up all sorts of trekking, climbing, and mountain biking opportunities. Wi-Fi access allows you to check emails and update Facebook, while the cable TV can keep you entertained during downtime. Rooms on higher levels have great views of the Cordillera Blanca.

A made-to-order breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 7th floor of the hotel—while dining you will enjoy awesome views of the surrounding city and mountains. Dinner is also offered, and there’s a bar stocked with a range of beer, wine, and liquor. If you want an even better view, visit the 8th floor balcony. This is a good spot to scope out the landscape at sunset.

Guests without a smart phone, tablet or laptop can use the public computers in the hotel lobby. These computers are set up with high-speed Internet. Coca tea – which is said to help combat the effects of altitude sickness – is offered nearby.

The Arawi Pastoruri Hotel has two conference rooms that guests can book for meetings and events. The hotel also has laundry service and a storage room where you can keep luggage while trekking through the Cordillera Blanca.
