Shared shuttles are a wonderful option for travelers who desire easy and affordable transportation. These shuttles can usually fit about 8–10 people and are ideal for families, groups, couples, and even individual travelers. Your shuttle will be shared with other travelers who are heading to the same destination.
The shuttles are usually minibuses. They often have air conditioning and are always driven by professional, timely drivers. Shared shuttles may have several departure times within a day, especially for more popular routes.
These shuttles typically provide door-to-door service between your hotels. If you are staying at a hotel outside of town, however, you may have to take a taxi to get to/from town. Most shuttles will stop at least once to allow you to go to the bathroom or get a snack.
Shared shuttles are more economical than private transfers, but larger groups may want to look into booking their own private transfer. If you have enough people, it can be cheaper per person to rent an entire vehicle.
