Tsavo National Park
One of Africa's most memorable images is that of a dusty-red elephant rolling, rolling and spraying one another with the midnight-blue waters of the Galana River. The park is the largest protected area in Kenya. It hosts most of Kenya's large mammals, including Rhino, buffalo and leopard. There are also pods of hippo and waterbucks. In addition, there are 500 species of birdlife.
