During your stay, make sure you make time to see some of the other attractions in the area besides Machu Picchu. Tired hikers can soak their muscles in the warm waters of Aguas Calientes Springs. There are more hikes to do in the area — try climbing Huayna Picchu, a mountain that brings you to an elevation with an incredible view of Machu Picchu. On your hike here you can see a cave that’s known as the Temple of the Moon.
Casa de Sol is also a convenient distance from some of the town’s restaurants and cafes. Tranquil guest rooms get colorful accents from their Inca-inspired artwork. All of the rooms have amenities to keep you entertained, like a cable LCD TV and a minibar. Each room also has a beautifully appointed bathroom that comes equipped with hot and cold water, as well as a hair dryer.
Store your valuables in the rooms’ digital safety deposit boxes. The hotel also has free luggage storage. Let the staff know if you’d like them to take care of your laundry.

Very sweet to me for my Birthday! They had some extra touches that made for a beautiful experience. The restaurant on site was a perfect meal after a long day at Machu Picchu. My room was a beautiful room over the river with a jetted tub making for a very peaceful night to unwind.
