While you’re in the area you should also drive to see Xunantunich, a Maya site where you can climb to the top of El Castillo, the site’s tallest temple. Staying at Cassia Hill Resort you’ll be just a couple of minutes away from San Ignacio, where you can find plenty of restaurants and services for visitors.
