Wear comfortable hiking clothes and sturdy hiking shoes or boots. The terrain can be jagged and uneven, so sandals are not recommended. Additionally, we suggest bringing a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, water, protein-rich snacks and a waterproof jacket.
