On the tour here, you’ll have the chance to see 308 species of birds on the 400-acre (161-ha) of property. You may get to see keel-billed toucans—males of this species use their enormous, colorful beaks as weapons in duels. The blue crowned mot mot makes a gentle hooting call in the early morning hours. Look for colorful animals like the violaceous trogon and the rufous tailed hummingbird, as well as finches, woodpeckers, and and falcons.

Hat, sunscreen, water, bug spray, comfortable clothes, a camera, comfortable walking shoes, and rain gear in case of inclement weather.
