On the tour here, you’ll have the chance to see 308 species of birds on the 400-acre (161-ha) of property. You may get to see keel-billed toucans—males of this species use their enormous, colorful beaks as weapons in duels. The blue crowned mot mot makes a gentle hooting call in the early morning hours. Look for colorful animals like the violaceous trogon and the rufous tailed hummingbird, as well as finches, woodpeckers, and and falcons.
