Canyoning in Banos – Rio Blanco Level 2.2.III
The meeting point is at 9AM at our local representative office in Baños where we will get changed and put our wetsuits on. We can leave our clothes and bags at the office. Then we are heading in a private car to Rio Blanco in which the guides will explain the abseiling (rappelling) technique and give us safety instructions.You will be able to practice several times on land before we enter the canyon, if you wish. Before we can start rappelling down the waterfalls, we will have to hike uphill for about 20 minutes through breathtaking scenery. Then we can abseil down different waterfalls and once you have reached the end of the canyon, you change back into your clothes and will return to Baños. Our services end here.

Exclusions: This tour will not operate if there is heavy rain/the river is too high or if there are children under 10 years old/adults after 60 years old, people with physical problems or disabilities and/or pregnant women.
