From here you'll board a boat and take a trip the small island of Manglecito. On this island, you can observe a huge colony of frigate birds (around 7,000 birds total). It's a fascinating place to watch and photograph the birds.
During the river trip you may also be able to spot groups of bottlenose dolphins and observe many other bird species, including blue-footed boobies, pelicans, cormorants, ibises, herons, and egrets.
