IncludedThis tour offers travelers a wonderful opportunity to see birds, dolphins, and other wildlife while exploring the Gulf of Guayaquil in Ecuador. It's a fun and interesting experience for travelers of all ages.
This tour begins in the morning. You'll travel from Guayaquil to the fishing town of Posorja, which is set along the Gulf of Guayaquil. From here you'll board a boat and take a trip the small island of Manglecito. On this island, you can observe a huge colony of frigate birds (around 7,000 birds total). It's a fascinating place to watch and photograph the birds.
During the river trip you may also be able to spot groups of bottlenose dolphins and observe many other bird species, including blue-footed boobies, pelicans, cormorants, ibises, herons, and egrets.
This tour also includes the option to visit the Subida Alta Community on Puna Island and enjoy its quiet beach. You'll return to Guayaquil in the late afternoon.
