On the island itself, you can find beaches where it’s easy to observe local wildlife, at attractions like Dolphin Bay and the sea lion rookery. Take a boat to the island’s secluded Ochoa Beach, an off-the-beaten path attraction with white sand and excellent snorkeling conditions for observing sea urchins. Take a hike to the Cerro Brujo tuft cone for bird watching and more snorkeling around the coral sand beach.
