Huaca Huallamarca parece fuera de lugar en el exclusivo San Isidro, con apartamentos, hoteles y edificios de oficinas, alrededor de la pirámide de adobe antigua. La pirámide fue hecha por la cultura Lima en algún momento entre los años 200 a 700 d.C, anterior a los incas. Fue construido con ladrillos de adobe y montado en las plataformas. Se cree que la pirámide fue utilizada como un lugar de culto.
Los visitantes pueden subir a la cima de la pirámide y obtener vistas de los alrededores. También hay un museo pequeño con exhibiciones de objetos, incluyendo una momia que se encontró en este lugar.
