Adventure deep into a remote corner of Dalat for Vietnam’s first white water rafting experience! This full-day rafting trip takes on class 2 and three rapids on the beautiful Don Da River.

Travel outside of Dalat into the rugged countryside to reach the jumping-off point for the rafting trip. You’ll be given a full safety and instruction briefing, including techniques for the particular rapids and raft you’ll be tackling. A 2- man kayak style raft is used for this trip for better maneuverability, even in low water levels.

Your first waterfall quickly follows your first class 2 rapid. The team will help carry the kayaks overland around the water while you and your rafting mates jump off the waterfall into the river below! This adrenaline-fueled start is followed by some calmer rapids that carry you through the beautiful countryside at a slower pace.

After traversing around a second waterfall, you’ll pass through the more intense rapids of the trip, followed by lovely 1.8 miles (3 km) of the slow-winding river. Then, before a final 6.8-mile (11-km) flat stretch, you’ll take on the biggest rapids of the day. In a tumble of oars and spray, you’ll go from super fast class 3 rapids into gentler class 2 rapids These are the kind of exhilarating but easy-going rapids that make people falling in love with rafting.
