Hoa Cuong Hotel is one of the more modern hotels you can find in the rural town of Ha Giang. From here, you can explore among the traditional villages of the Red Dao and H’mong people. There are lots of interesting landmarks in the area, as well as markets where you can browse local handicrafts.
While you’re here, you’ll want to spend lots of time taking in the incredible mountain scenery. Travelers to the area usually plan tours that take you to the Mai Pi Leng Pass, which offers sweeping views of the valley below. From Ha Giang, you should make your way to Dong Van to see the Sunday morning marketplace. Although this is an extremely rural area, Ha Giang still offers a nice selection of shops and restaurants.
You can dine at the on-site restaurant, which offers a basic breakfast buffet. For more meals, check out some of the nearby offerings, where you can find simple but homestyle meals. There’s a banquet room that offers enough space for 300 guests.
This is a typical Vietnamese hotel, with polished tile floors and clean, calm interiors. Guests can choose from 82 rooms. Rooms come furnished with 40-inch TVs and Wi-Fi. All of the rooms come with private bathrooms. Every room comes with a desk and a chair, as well as other conveniences like minibars, mini-refrigerators, and safety deposit boxes.
