Cross over the land bridge to reach the nearby Tran Quoc Pagoda. This pagoda was built recently, but the site is quite ancient. It’s one of the city’s most famous pagodas and a must-see on cultural tours. From Pan Pacific, it takes about 10 minutes to reach Ba Dinh Square, where you can visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum. If you come early enough in the day you can watch the changing of the guards. Take a 20-minute taxi ride to visit Hoan Kiem Lake and its famous Turtle Tower landmark. Both the Hoan Kiem Lake and West Lake areas offer an incredible selection of restaurants.

Pan Pacific has 273 rooms, all of which come with incredible views and air conditioning. They are modern and beautifully furnished. Help yourself to the minibar as well as the complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea. Rooms come with LCD cable TVs, Wi-Fi, international direct dial telephones, and safety deposit boxes. Private bathrooms come stocked with bathrobes and hairdryers.

You can find Pan Pacific restaurants that serve international dishes and a Chinese restaurant. Visit the rooftop bar or the stylish hotel lounge for a classy cocktail. Pan Pacific is ideal for business travelers —there are a total of 12 meeting rooms and a ballroom large enough for 450 guests. The business center offers fax, copying, printing, and scanning services.

Visit the fitness center and spa to unwind. The fitness center offers exercise and yoga classes. Pan Pacific also has a large swimming pool, a sauna, and a Jacuzzi.
