Go cave tubing during your stay to see Belize’s most interesting caves, where the Maya left behind wall carvings and ceramics. You can also spend a day canoeing down the Macal River, which runs to the east of Cahal Pech Village Resort. This resort is a 15-minute walk from the ancient Cahal Pech Maya ruin, which is an idyllic town center with a ball court, an altar, and several temples.
