Nearby, the Thanh Toan Museum exhibits a wide variety of agricultural tools to explain the details of Vietnamese life and culture.
You’ll take a short break for a drink at the Thanh Toan Eco Home and then split up into groups to take turns on a quick fishing trip on the Nhu Y River and accompanying the local farmers in the fields.
You’ll then take your catch and any vegetables you’ve picked into the kitchen to learn about Vietnamese cuisine. Under your host’s guidance, you’ll create three Hue specialities which you’ll eat for lunch. Once you have eaten and thanked your hosts you will get back on your bike to return to Hue.
