Hkes over suspension bridges offer exhilarating vantage points for observing the forest and its inhabitants. And of course, while you’re here you’ll want to schedule a visit for a coffee plantation, where you’ll see how coffee transforms from tiny red berries into a smooth, dark, steamy beverage.

The morning breakfast buffet comes with a colorful variety of fresh fruit. Mindo Coffee Lodge’s menu also offers vegetarian meals. You can order beer and wine from the bar, as well as traditional drinks like canelazo, which is made with sugarcane liquor and fruit juice.
