This multi-day tour explores Quetzaltenango and various attractions in the Western Highlands.

This tour visits one of the most authentic regions of Guatemala. You'll see towns and the countryside, and come to appreciate the Western Highlands for the vibrant region that it is.

On the first day of this tour you'll be transported to Quetzaltenango. This is one of the larger and most important cities in Guatemala, and it's done a great job retaining its cultural authenticity.

The second day you have the option of hiking at one of three nearby volcanoes: Santa Maria, Santiaguito, or Chicabal. After the hike, you can head to the Fuentes Georginas hot springs. Soaking in these springs is an ideal way to relax after your hike.

On the third day you'll have the opportunity to visit more towns in the surrounding area. This will give you a better understanding of what life is like in the Western Highlands.

On the morning of the fourth day you can take a walking tour of the historic center of Quetzaltenango. During this tour you'll learn about the history and culture of this great town. In the evening you'll take a shuttle back to Antigua and end the tour here.
