What more can one ask for in a well-planned trip?
Traveling alone, Percy, my Anywhere.com trip designer, took all of that stress away. I loved my trip, because everything was planned and everything was on time. Knowing I had emergency contact with the staff on the Whatsapp app was great as a solo traveler in a foreign country.
The highlight of my adventure...
I traveled throughout the country from the highlands to the Amazon, and finally, the islands. The tour guides were professional — always on time. I enjoyed sampling the local cuisine. The hike to Quilotoa Lake was long, so *definitely* bring hiking shoes for the trail. My favorite tour was in Quito city. My guide gave recommendations for food and drink, and made adjustments to sightseeing based on our needs. Every morning, the travel guide was waiting to take me on the planned trip for the day. In the Amazon, I stayed at the Anaconda Lodge. The host invited me to a family meal, and the tour guide's son pointed out so many amazing creatures in the night jungle walk.
What’s the most assuring part of the trip?
During my transfers on flights, all the travel aids were waiting, and they made sure I got checked in on the flights. Percy was there every step of the way, from planning right up to the point I got home. Percy and Anywhere.com made my trip to Ecuador amazing. I can’t wait to go back or travel to Peru next!

Many travelers come here just to raft or kayak on the many rivers that come raging down from the Sierras. For those looking for a drier experience, the surrounding wildlife and indigenous communities also offer a great way to spend your time.
Cuenca
Cuenca is a colonial marvel and one of the most attractive cities in Ecuador. Nestled in the highlands, its charming streets, grand plazas and churches span multiple levels of the mountainside, making the city more than postcard-worthy.
San Cristóbal
San Cristóbal is the fifth largest island in the Galápagos. This islands offers easy access to snorkeling and beach sites, and is also home to some of the best surfing in the Galápagos. Geologically, San Cristóbal is one of the oldest islands in the Galápagos. The main town here is Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
