Yes. There are pharmacies (farmacias) scattered across Peru. Larger cities like Lima, Arequipa, Cusco, Puno, Chiclayo, and Trujillo have ample pharmacies, while smaller towns usually only have one or two. Many pharmacies are open 24 hours a day. Drugs are fairly inexpensive and prescriptions are not usually necessary. Prescriptions are, however, required for antibiotics, antidepressants, and anti-anxiety medications.
