Our 2-hour tour takes you to the Tulin River, a stunning natural spot surrounded by lush vegetation. We’ll make a stop at a tall bridge—an ideal location for memorable photos. During the rainy season, the river is strong and lively, while in the dry season it becomes calm and shallow. Depending on water levels, you may even have the chance to step into the river and enjoy some refreshing splashing fun.

Please keep in mind that our tours are fully recreational. The experience is all about having fun on an ATV while taking in the beautiful backcountry landscapes that Costa Rica has to offer.

Tours typically depart from our station in Quebrada Amarilla, where you will receive full driving and safety instructions before starting. From there, you’ll ride directly along a route that combines dirt and paved roads, leading into the mountain countryside. Along the way, you’ll pass through a variety of scenic settings, including cattle fields, farms, small creeks, rivers, bridges, forests with diverse vegetation, and charming rural towns—showcasing the authentic, traditional Costa Rican way of life.

Drivers must be at least 18 years old. Guests aged 16 and older may drive if they hold a valid driver’s license and are accompanied by an adult. Children between the ages of 12 and 16 may ride with an adult or drive if they are highly experienced, subject to a required test drive. For safety reasons, children under 12 years old must ride in a Side x Side vehicle.
